When should I make a reservation?
Please book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer and Christmas periods. We reserve the right to add a premium for orders received less than 7 days prior to an event.
When hiring a marquee we recommend that you allow at least 1 day before your event starts for installation.
How do I book – what next?
Go to our Online Quotation section where you can specify your order. If you have any questions about the options for marquee itself or the equipment – please refer to the Hire Items setions on our site.
It is useful if you can run through the list of questions in ‘Request a quote’ as this will help us to put together a quotation package for you. Please download our Word Document to request a quotation.
One of our site managers will visit you at a convenient time to run through the logistics and discuss any concerns or queries you may have prior to confirming your order.
How and when do I pay?
We accept cash, BACS payments or credit and debit cards.

Payment terms: we require cleared funds 14 days prior to the event dates of the marquee.
For corporate customer, we also require cleared funds 14 days prior to the event dates of the marquee. However, depending on different factors, which include:
- Returning customer.
- The size of the order.
- Previous payment history.
