Crest Marquees Ltd was established in 2006.

This means ALL our equipment is brand new, practically spotless and of a very high quality!

Since we started in the summer of 2006, our inventory of equipment has grown and grown. We can now supply just about everything you will need to have the perfect marquee event.  But remember, if there is something you really want for your event that you haven't seen, we'd be happy to source it from one of our many specialist suppliers.

As a new marquee hire company, we are very keen to get your event absolutely right! We want you to be completely happy with us and we will not leave you until we have achieved this.

Fully Itemised Quotations.

Fully itemised quotations

Firstly, from the beginning we aim to be clear and transparent. 

This is why, unlike some other companies, our quotations are fully itemised with a cost next to each item. 

Typical equipment itemised in our quotations are;

  1. The cost to erect and dismantle the basic marquee structure.
  2. The cost to have your marquee lined.
  3. The cost of each table, table cloth and chair.
  4. Dance floor costs per square foot.
  5. Boarded floor costs per foot.
  6. New or used carpet prices, or
  7. Coconut matting price.
  8. The cost to hire a heater.
  9. Various lighting costs
  10. Separate catering area, reception area or bar area costs.

We are able to produce a complete 2D and 3D layout.  This will allow you to visualise the space and give you a better idea of where the equipment will be located inside and outside the marquee.  For example, where the dance floor will go, where the top table will be located etc.

Another big advantage of a 3D plan is that you can easily see at a glance where each of your guests will be seated, who they will be sitting next to and where each table is in relation to the top table, bar area, stage etc.  We are happy to draw up these plans for free after a 'no obligation' site visit.  We believe the more planning that takes place at this stage the better your event and the happier you will be.
