If you are having a function where you need to prepare food, then a separate catering section can be essential.  This space is usually located at either end of the marquee or a separate annex can be added.  As this area will not usually be seen by your guests, then you may wish to dispense with such nicesteies such carpet or linings.  Whenever necessary we can also supply a fluorescent strip light that will be adequate for the needs of the caterer.
