Do you clear up afterwards?
Our last job before we leave you is to comb the site for litter. We endeavour to leave your site in a clean and tidy state however we do ask that catering rubbish and equipment is removed prior to our arrival to dismantle the marquee.
Broken damaged or missing?
We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. This is covered in the damage waiver payment. All equipment is the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of the hire period. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather.
What is the damage waiver?
This provides you indemnity against the cost of any repairs should our equipment be accidentally damaged during the hire period. Indemnity does not extend to damage caused by deliberate abuse or neglect. Theft and loss are also excluded from the waiver.
